Q) What are replica watches?

Replica watches are imitations of very high-priced luxury watches. They are called fake just because they are not produced by the real brand. Imatation watches looks mostly the same as the genuine watch.

Q) Do I get what I see?

Yes! You will get what you see, all pictures that are on our website are taken of actual products and you will get the same product as the pictures.

Q) How do I place an order at our websites?

Placing an order at WatchMarkaz.pk is very easy! As you browse through WatchMarkaz.pk, you can put the items in your Shopping Cart by clicking on 'Buy Now' enter your shipping address and pay cash on delivery.

Alternatively, you can call us 0334-3559112 , 0345-8259112, to speak to our customer service agents. You may also choose to chat with us or simply email us at watchmarkaz@gmail.com websites and we will get in touch with you and will assist you with the order.

Q) Where do I find my order number?

The order number is sent to you on your registered email id once the order is successfully placed.

Q) Do i have to pay Delivery charges?

No, you don't need to pay any delivery charges, Delivery is free across Pakistan.

Refunds and Cancellations

Q) How do I cancel an order once placed?

If the order has not being shipped out, please contact our customer service team on 0334-3559112 , 0345-8259112 and they will assist you. If the order has been shipped out, we would not be able to cancel the order, you may simply refuse it and it will come back to us.

Q) What are the payment options available on our websites?

Cash on Delivery (CoD)   
Cash on Delivery is an option to pay for your purchase in cash at the time of delivery.

Q) I made a purchase on our websites, how do I know if the order was placed successfully or not?

Once a successful purchase is made, we send you confirmation order details via email on your registered email and our customer representative will call you on your mobile number respectively.

Q) What is the estimated delivery time?

We try and ensure that the ordered products are delivered to you as soon as possible. We deliver all our products within 2 working days. *

Q) Is it possible to request for a change of delivery address at any point of time after the order has been placed?

Yes! If the product has not being shipped out, we will be able to change the address; however, if the product has been shipped out changing the address is not guaranteed, but contact our customer service team to see the possibility of redirecting the package.

Q) Is there any warranty?

Yes, we are providing 6 months quartz machine warranty*.

Q) Are these watches water resistant?

Yes these watches can resist water for wazu and handwash but in deep sea or while swimming we dont gurantee you.

Q)Can I place an order for delivery outside Pakistan?

Currently watchmarkaz.pk only delivers within Pakistan. We will inform you when we set up international shipping.

Q) Where is your outlet/shop/showroom?

Our office is located in karachi and we are working as online store only.
